I found Gibson on Amazon. Looks good I'm worried it might be to loud however.
I have a Flowmaster Super44 after the CAT... people say it is loud but I can't tell from inside the truck. I'm planning to remove the CAT in hopes to make it louder. I know you want a CAT back system not just a muffler.
I've heard good things about Gibson. My buddy has a Gibson on his jeep and that is loud, he has no CAT though. Hard to say about loud or whatever, everyone has different opinions. For me I want it louder, but for you what I have could be way too loud.
