PCM problem, please help ASAP!

My PCM is burned up. I have pulled it out and taken it to the auto part store, but I don't know the calibration number. I have looked on the VIN plate on my dash, not there. I have checked the tag on my door, not there even the stickers are not there. I checked under my hood, not there not even any identification stickers anywhere. I have looked all over the PCM itself, not on there. Can I get the calibration code some other way? Is it possible to type my VIN number in somewhere and it tells me what my calibration number is? Can I order a PCM without the calibration code? Need help please, thank you!

I assume by the calibration code you are talking about the flash version on the PCM? If that's the case why not just order the latest one for the configuration of your truck?

If that is indeed what you need, HERE is a link for you:

Thank you for the reply. That looks pretty helpful, so now I just need to figure out which
one to use. How do I know which is the correct one on that list? I have a 96 f350 automatic.

Actually, the best way to really handle this is to just send it to Jody at DP tuner.

How much does Jody charge at DP Tuner? I would love to get performance upgrades instead of putting stock parts in.

Thanks for the info!

Thank you everyone, can't wait to get my truck back on the road.

Jody can flash one tune on the stock pcm. And, its only 100 bucks, give or take a little. I agree with Talyn (william), that is what I'd do.

Well I'm not sure what the OP really means by
burned up
but it couldn't hurt to contact DP one way or the other.

It's a pretty expensive procedure to pack all of that electrical smoke back up inside the PCM and then seal it up in there good. I'm pretty sure that's how that works.
