Great E-Series eBay Find!
Heads up anyone looking for a decent copy of the 2000 EVTM, factory edition: 2000 Ford ECONOLINE VAN Wiring Electrical Diagram Service Shop Repair Manual EWD | eBay
These tend to be a few years forward and backward compatible--I know for a fact this 2000 version is very very close to the '97 model years.
Anyone DIY'ing electrical on their vans can't go wrong with one of these!
(I just bought one more for my library---can not beat that price!)

That's great to hear Scotty----I keep preaching their value to us driveway DIY'ers! 
At first there was a bit of a learning curve to making sense of the schematics but once onto the layout and logic they're quite easy to follow. I keep a spare in the daily driven van just in case.
I just closed a deal on an '03 E250 extended body and now have to begin restocking my library and reference manuals to that year. In fact I'll have a few of these for the '00 model year for cheap money to someone who really needs one.
