You can search ebay or Craigslist. You may find one from someone who has upgraded to a different style turbo.
You may find one new at Ford too. Also you can get an aftermarket one.....not cheap though.

Sorry,I had a friend helping me once and he put the wrong clamp on the spider and cracked the flange...

And here is the crack. The V band clamp was grossly overtorqued.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but that IS the wrong clamp.I'm sure it wasn't over torqued,notice the edges of the clamp,it looks like an exhaust clamp,the edges of the correct clamp isn't that wide,there isn't enough room in the groove causing it to crack.The clamp in your picture goes either on the downpipe,or the collector on the back of the turbo..
