Check the GROUND on your sending unit.

Isn't it already sweaty-hot down there??? We still haven't turned on the AC here yet.

Also, if ya put a piece of hose on the end of water-drain tubing and add clamps to the little hose from water-drain valve to that tubing - you can use any cheap pressure gauge to test pressure. (with valve open of course...)

I make the hose long enough to reach a water/soda bottle resting on the ground so I can inspect and properly dispose of the contents of the fuel bowl. When people ask 'what is that hose dangling under there?' - be creative with your answer. I like 'its my custom cold air intake' or 'venting for di-lithium crystal power plant'.

Oh its nice and humid alright, the a/c has been kickin
It's too hot to work on the truck (although I do like your hose on the drain valve idea)
I'll take another look at the wiring tomorrow.

Oh, if you ever need any di-lithium crystals I'd be willing to bet my dog can get some. I swear she's from outer space...

Check continuity from sender to negative battery or try jumping a ground over to the sender.

You can get everything for 'my' test at HF for under $10. However, I cannot help with the temperature and Rh! My solution for that was get the hell out of Florida and move to the Smokey mountains. Maybe not like Joe's mountians, but it doesn't get nearly as cold here as it does there either...
