Ford E150 with 130,000 miles

I own a 2002 Ford E150 van with the Triton v8 5.4 engine. The van has 130,000. miles on her. I've been using 5W-20 oil and am thinking of using a high mileage oil instead. This engine runs like a top, I use the van for my business and do three 3000 mi. treks up north, pretty much all highway. When I'm home in Florida I use the van only once a week for rural driving. Anybody have any suggestions on a good high mileage oil? Or is it necessary at all!

Thank you,

Thanks Phil, if it ain't broken, why fix it! This engine runs so well, I'll stick to the 5-20.
