Hi guys and gals ,
I have finally got around to uploading a few new pics of the ole 55 . Still waiting for someone to show up to give me a hand with the rest of the wiring and install the new dash / gauges . The last guy that was here did a nice job but only got it to run and wire some of the lights but has never been back to finish it ? He was paid cash and his tools are still here so I have no idea what the deal is . NO I'm not a Hard A-s ,I told him to take his time and left him alone to do the work . He does good work too.
Thanks Vern. Did you figure out the dipstick problem yet? And turnrjr it's still up in the air as to the Bennington Show . So many lose ends to get gone before then but if it's possible I will be there . I usually try to at least walk through the flea market ( it's only 4 miles from my house )but it's really gone downhill the past few years . It's too bad because it was a real good show to go to and pick up a few parts . I seem to have better luck at Rhinebeck or Stowe. As for the show being in Saratoga this year I haven't heard that it is but I'm sure I can find out as I know a couple of vendors and they didn't mention anything to me yet .
I watched the weather today until noon and decided against going to Rhinebeck as it was still real dark and cloudy here. Will try again tomorrow but Sunday is stock vintage vehicles only.
