Fuel Pump won't engage

So within the past 2 days we have gotten over 8 inches of rain here. I drove to school this morning, truck started and ran fine. Got done with school, got in my truck, it started, ran for about a second and quit. Didn't stumble, just quit. So I turned the key back and cycled it again, listening for the fuel pump and it didn't do its typical whine. So I crawled under the truck, checked wires to it and they are all connected still. Popped the hood, checked the big mess of wires on the drivers fender and found one that I'm going to assume is the fuel pump relay (I think that's what it's called. It's the plug in the big mess of wires and we replaced it last year because it stopped functioning, but all the wires are still in the connectors and everything so where it's linked is still operable as far as I can tell without a test light) So I picked up the relay and water poured out of it, much to my surprise. So I unplugged it and air dried it for about 5 hours today. I plugged it back into my truck and still nothing. So I'm going to assume that a fuse was blown somewhere. I checked the fuse panel under the dash and all the fuses there are good. Is there an inline fuse, or fusible link that could be blown? Or am I to assume that the fuel pump is junk now because of this?
Thanks to anyone that has an answer to this!

Well I've got the answer to my own question. A wire in the relay is pretty corroded so I hotwired the yellow and black wire and drove it home for now as a temporary fix. But I also found that my high pressure pump terminals are really loose like they are going to break off so that's a good thing to know now instead of later.
