  • As for fuse... Have you checked the owner's manual?

    Don't have one -OR- would like a digital, searchable desktop document?

Also...

Consider putting your complete vehicle information (year, model, cab, trim, engine, wheelbase, _x4 drive, mileage, maintenance, modifications, etc., etc.) in your signature to have it automagically included in your posting. *Eliminates playing 20 questions when/if a post is made pertaining to your vehicle.

Sorry, new to this forum, or any forum for that matter. Thank you for the directions. I have never created a new post, but will figure it out; I’m probably not as ignorant as you may think that I am, LOL. Hence, my comment indicating that my truck was a different year/model when I posed my question. When I queried, using my vehicle info and issue, this old post came up. That is why I “hijacked” a 9 yr old post. Cut the newbies a little slack please. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction.

The answer to your question is yes, but it will be a different fuse number. There will be a single fuse that controls both relays much as it did for the person in this thread.

I can help look it up later but I don’t have the fuse layout at hand right now.

@Pecosx1 Fuse #1 and 3 are the trailer adapter fuses for left and right sides. That box is under the hood. It's the same if a diesel.
