The middle schooler got out last Tuesday... the 4th grader has a half day Friday, then Monday is the last day, but it's only field trip to the Omaha Zoo. I guess they are just running out the clock now.

All the schools in Omaha, with the exception of Elkhorn, are getting out a few days early, since they didn't use any snow days. My kids are pissed!

That's why mine get out early, no snow days this year.

The wife and kids are leaving on 5/26 at 7:00am for a 6 day mom/daughter vacation...









... And I'll be doing a happy dance at 7:05am!

Crap, now clouding up again. Looks like rain clouds from the West.

Something just set off the breaker for the basement furnace , and sump pump. Have to check now.

JR, did the same here. Man, is it ever nice out! BTW, we just heard, we are now scheduled to restart the plant in September. About damn time!
