Replacing the window seal/1990 F250 side windows
The horizonal outside rubber windows seals on my 1990 F250's doors are pretty much rotted out so I need to replace them.
I called the dealer first and found out they want $100+ per side.
Checking around found them for $34 for both at carid.
My questions are, do I need to pull the inside door panel off? Do they just pop out?
Any links to pictures?

Take the window down and you just pop them up. If they are in bad shape, force might bend or break the clips but that is not a problem. They are held with clips on the seals and inserted into guide holes in the door. No need to remove the panel. Easy job.
Also a good time to put some lube down the guide rails on the sides of the window.
