TJBeggs IC writeup?!?
Hey People keep saying for IC writeups that Tim has the best one to referance.
Is that Tim that is linked in the 'tech mod' sticky?
Or TJBeggs... cuz I looked at his page for threads he started and cant find it
Just curious if anyone has the link. I know of TJ's e-fuel writeup.. but cant find the IC.
If not i can git r done with the other ones I have found.

Fair enough. The "Tim's IC" was linked in the tech mods so maybe that was the one I was thinking of.
My bad.
I like reading through 3 or so writeups to see what was different between them and the problems they ran into. Some people had 0 problems with mounting and cutting holes.. so had issues with it fitting.
Just interesting things that will make my project go that much smoother.

Yeah if you have cutting/welding skills, it's an easy job. Just takes some time is the biggest problem. Took me 2 days to get mine mounted and the front end back together and another night of work to fab the IC pipes.

Hmmm good stuff. Yeah I have a small-ish Mig style welder. and a 10gallon compressor for a cutting wheel.
Should be do-able.
Biggest PITA is having only a driveway to do it all in so it sits out in the weather apart.
For an IC it aint that bad, but when doing injectors...GPs...or anything internal I really hate it.

Well I got a set of aluminum welded pipes with an all aluminum IC for $150.
They were from an SD of course... the pipes were off an 2000 and the IC was obviously a 99.
Need to get the boots/clamps though... Does Clay have the kit..?

Clay should have all the boots/clamps you need. If not, I know dieselsite does.
