DVD Jammed

My two-year old stuck two DVDs in the player in my 2006 Expedition. Does any know where I can find instructions on how to uninstall it so I can remove the discs?

Just bought a 2006 and the seller told me the same issue is with this DVD 0- 2 stuck in it. Did you get yours fixed and if so how?

DVD Stuck

Still no resolution. We finally just chose to ignore it and told the kids to look out the window.
