I know.. The prices of OBS trucks sometimes boggles me.. It's nice to find a rust free example tho... IMHO after driving a handshaker I'd never go back to a slushbox, at least as far as these trucks are concerned..

I would totally buy that and then drive it for weddings and proms, lol. Can you imagine being a 18 year old kid and being chauffeured to your senior prom in that thing? LOL.

Yeah we have a voodoo doll shaped like the US and you Southern guys had better watch yourselves making fun of our Northern winters.

Lol, those poor, poor folks in Atlanta. Hahaha.

Let me just ask this. If you knew that all that crap was coming, why wouldn't you be better prepared for it when it got there? Wouldn't you keep your kids home from school and stay home from work? The authorities knew it was coming and they were telling folks that it was going to be bad and that they didn't have the equipment to handle it. Why wouldn't you go home early?

warner robins air force base also closed, they told my nephew to stay home on tuesday and yesterday (he is the USMC recruitment officer on base)

Exactly, and given the mayhem that followed, I think they made the right call! I'm just not sure why the folks in Atlanta couldn't have figured that out (well, I think I have an idea, but....).

Unfortunately, I have to make every attempt to be at work that I can in the event that something like that happens.... We can't have people going without electricity now can we?

Hey Mike. I would like to know how you can stand driving these new 1500 Dodge trucks.. They gave me one for a rental and I cannot stand this thing. Everything about it is too sensitive, the traction control doesn't turn all the way off, and the stupid manual shift is worthless. The shift into 3rd gear seems to be nothing more than converter lock up. LOL I mostly don't like how soft the steering is vs how quickly it reacts I think. If they made the wheel a bit stiffer or made the steering a little slower it would be better.

I'm sure you can fix it right up with tuning, but overall driving this truck is just not very pleasing. My rental is a 2014 crew cab 2wd.. It seems like a decent enough truck for a Dodge, but the execution was poor. The whole using the key fob to put into the ignition to start the truck is retarded to me too. Why not just use the key at that point? I mean, they use a key to unlock the door if you need it, so why not use it to start the truck instead of making the key fob a key as well. LOL
