Oh how I envy you! All we have around is corn and more corn. lol. I just feel like there is nothing exciting here, but thats also because I've never lived anywhere else. I'm sure someone who didn't would feel the same way as when I would visiting a new place. Anyways.. Have fun Byron!

Have fun you guys! my problem is I work on other peoples cars for a living, therefore when it comes to my own I lack ambition. I need to buckle down and get some things done I do know that much. Goin to have to start gettin a couple of cars ready for storage here soon.

I will Thomas! Don't be too jealous. I have a full class load and miss the slower way of life quite often. CA is my home though and despite the rumors, it's actually a really good place to be! Just not near enough OBS owners to hang with.

I'll have a good time Thomas. I am going to pick her up tonight. I'm sure I'll be wore out trying to keep up with her tomorrow! I probably won't get much done but spend time with her. That's ok, gotta make time for things like this.

I do some part time work on cars, but not full time. I used to do full time carpentry work. I know what you mean, had a real hard time getting any of that kind of work done for myself!

I had a guy come look at the IDI the other day and he was complaining about how boring of a town Effingham, IL was... A town of something like 22,000. That's double my town of 9000 lol

Roofing must be the theme this weekend. I'm starting on a roof with my Dad this weekend. Not shingles though...metal. But it's on a roof with a 10/12 pitch. That will be fun.

Also waiting on parts for my dozer...I haven't mentioned that yet, but I got my backhoe finished up last Saturday, then Sunday started tearing down both final drives in my dozer to replace the seals and bearings before it tears something up. I can't get anything done for working on stuff! It's frustrating, but hopefully both machines will be good for a while.

I have done a little roofing, no shingling, just some tarring and helping out, just enough to know that its not something I would enjoy.

This addition was done at the beginning of summer because we were getting a new roof. That I wanted no part of doing. Lol. Finally got the 2 sides fully trimmed and cedar shaked. Got the facia, soffit, paper and trim done for the big wall. Ordered my window today, so when that comes in ill install, trim the window and cedar shake the rest. Now I'm off to see the wife in Chicago!

Nice!

FYI - I'm out on the Michigan bet. Watched them play last Saturday and see nothing that gives me any confidence they have a chance against OSU - sorry to say. Your wheels will have to stay dirty a little longer!

And this is what I did this evening after work while hanging out with my better half and little love of my life. Like Nate said in another thread, one thing at a time.

Anyways, here's to an epic weekend of homework, surfing, and installing my transmission cooler!

Looks good! I need to do a complete flush and fill of all the fluids in mine too, but I don't have a couple hundred bucks to drop into it right now. I'd like to do some upgrades at the same time too to avoid having to dump the fluids twice. I want to do coolant filtration and a Fumoto Drain valve when I do the coolant and oil. Id love to upgrade the diff covers too but there are more pressing things I should be spending $400 on.

Man you guys and all your handyness (i know, not a real word)

If someone gave me a bored and wanted me to make something of it, all there would be would be expletives and lots and lots of saw dust and kindling.

What I'm trying to get at is the carpentry gene defiantly skipped me. lol

But props to those of you that can do that stuff.

Ha ha ha, no worries. I'm pretty sure the Buckeyes are the toast of the big ten. Not that that is saying much! Lol
