Thank you! So far I'm LOVING this VW (it's my 1st VW EVER!). Actually I had never considered VW a contender in the market place, however, it's hard to overlook this TDI

Bet your mileage is already past mine..... We leave for Albany/Troy NY on Monday.... I'll catch up then! Oh right now I'm just over 200 miles.

Did a trip yesterday with the GF & Son to Skyline drive , luray caverns, etc. My fuel mileage is going up. Shows approx 41mpg on the MFI thus far. Still loving the car. Only thing that I need to see is if anyone else is experiencing a lot of road noise on the drivers side door. Like the seal on the door is bad or .... I'm nuts. Could be both! :-)

Take it in.... On the VW forum for the Passat there are a lot having the problem. There's only a single seal there instaed of two.

Hey Bud,

how do the seats feel to you so far? The seats in my Golf TDi are killing my sides, legs and back. It's so bad I'm seriously considering trading in the Golf for something else.

Had a great trip to upstate and back this past week. The seats felt reall good to me. I have been sorer (is that a word) doing that trip in my Lincoln. Going 777 miles without refueling was pretty nice too. The Passat is a lot bigger than the Golf and Jetta.

I think Bud has started a VW revolution here....

I'd love to have one of these new Passat TDIs. And to think they even get better fuel mileage than my Jetta TDI.

Hmmm, that white with the dark tint looks awesome. (Talking to myself - I hate cleaning white cars, I hate cleaning white cars....)
