cab/front clip weight?

cab/front clip weight?
Can anyone tell me what the weight of the cab/front clip is? I'm picking up one next sunday and want an idea..
Single cab, no seat, 94 f150. it's about 3.5" in the air and I was hoping to be able to lift it right over onto our trailer. is this reasonable? with 3 guys? 4?
or should i plan on dropping it on a plywood skid and dragging it onto the trailer (winch)?
same question for the bed (long)?

The plywood idea might just work ... find a way to attach the body parts to the plywood and use a cable come-a-long on and off mmm good idea !!!
