I am looking for an aftermarket guage cluster for a 53. Anyone have any suggestions other than the 300+ billet ones. I have seen aluminum ones but can't seem to remember where. Thanks
I currently have 4-2 inch guages and a 4 inch (i think) tach held up by a 1/4 inch plywood, yeah you read right plywood cluster, cheap at the time but its time to go.....
Vintage Ford in Sacramento sells the aluminum for $129+/-. I just bought one on Ebay for $80. I have a preshaped dark smoke plexiglass that I was going to use. They come blank and you cut your own holes to fit. Let me know if you're interested, John
Not sure what look you're going for, but AutoMeter has a good selection. They're available at most auto parts stores and at places like Jeg's and Summit Racing. Also, VDO gauges are good (check for distributors on their website www.vdona.com), or Dolphin gauges via EZ Wiring (www.ezwiring.com).
If you have a Jeg's or a Summit Racing catalog, look through (or go online). There's TONS of gauges available. Prices will vary.
