vibration?
Hey i have a 93' f-150 with the M5OD tranny, and i just replaced the clutch 30k ago. At over half throttle there is a vibration and the acceleration appears slower, and it hops a little. I can no longer spin the rear tires, even in 1st gear when raining. This vibration is most noticible in every gear but first, and gets worse with each progressive gear, and is often only noticeable over half throttle at which point it gets bad. My question is assuming it not the clutch, and the fact that it happens at any speed not just high speeds, could there be something f'd up in the rear end or what???

If the rear end was giving you a problem you would hear a noise like clunking back there. I have to bet you toasted a clutch and throw out bearing. If you pull hole shots with the truck you will toast clutches.
The viberation can be from the pressure plate being cracked or from the throw out bearing being bad. The loss of power is from either the clutch plates worn out or just out of adjustment.
