What year did they....
ok on my '02 SD on the bottom of the front bumper i have an air-dam lookin thing...check and see if you can see it in my gallery. This thing makes the front end look a bit stubby, and i noticed that most super duties around here dont have them, even some of the other 02's. Are these pu on randomly at the factory or do a lot of people take them off? or just on some trim models? Thanks

What year did they....
They started that in '02. It keeps you from decapitating the drivers\passengers of smaller vehicles that stop in font of you. I have heard of a few guys taking them off to put the snowplow mounts on.
