Odd...?

So i found 2 cancer spots on my truck. I want to cry One is where the F250 symbol goes on a 77.5-79. Its about the size of a quarter or a little bigger. They covered the spot when it was painted before i bought it so you can only see it through the door jam. Next spot is on the bottom of the pass door

Anyways, i decided yto search the rest of the truck for cancer that i didnt know about and discovered something odd. You know the nipples behind the metal that hold the ranger, custom, F100-F350 symbols on? Well i found a set of these nipples 4inches back about, behind the cab, in the pickup bed. They are below the trim dent... what could have gone there? They are on both sides. Ill get a pic but it makes no sense to me at all

I've seen badges on the bed. I think they usually say "Explorer", but they're generally near the back

Yea someone covered up the holes on mine where it should say custom. But these symbol nipples are on the wrong side of the bed for that......?
