Sure, but all you need is the booster. The better one is the 8.8" dual-diaphragm with the straight rod going in. The bigger 9" job with the lever arm is only a single diaphragm.

Power Brakes?
Prportioning valve's only necessary if you're switching to disc brakes on the front. Maybe double-check with your favorite partsman about whether there's a difference between the power and non power master cylinders. If I was in automotive parts, I'd check for you myself, but, alas, I content myself for now with selling green tractor parts
