My blower on my 2010 Lariat truck isn't working and I can't seem to figure the issue. No heat or AC. It seems that some air is coming through, and the fan indicator shows it on high, but nothing.
I have a 2010 F150 Platinum with GPS and Auto climate where the Blower motor stopped working. Then when I stepped on the Brake and put it in reverse it started. It work for another half day day then stopped alltogether. It's in the shop now. I'm hoping it's just the resistor pack. Anyone have a clue. Also MY Temperature Gauge said it was 20 degrees out when it was about 44?
If he can hear the air blowing, but there just isn't anything coming from the registers, could very well be a vacuum leak. The may also have something to do with the power booster (which is vacuum controlled) somehow explaining why it started working when he stepped on the brakes. I'd get behind the glove box and look for disconnected vacuum lines, or maybe even under the hood.
My '09 F 150 Lariat decided to freeze out the passenger side. The heat doesn't work on the pass side, works on the driver side fine. I have the dual control system. From reading the posts above I think it's time to pull the glove box and look for loose vac lines...any other ideas before I head to the dealer?
It turned out to be the Resistor Pack, However, since I just started using the Air Conditioning I've got a New Issue. The Passenger Side Only blows out hot air, while the Drive side is plenty cold??
