Not sure what you are looking for but most of the guys that use the T5 also use the S-10 housing to move the shifter forward about 12".
Mine is a T5z with the S-10 tail housing.

I welded my old shifter rod to the T5 shifter after I somewhat straighting the T5 shifter. Keeps the vintage look and the old ****.

Due to stupidity I lost a bunch of pics in my iphone. I'm using a camaro t5, but with a s10 shifter. The pivot of the s10 shifter is higher than the camaro to compensate for the longer s10 shifter stick. It bolts right in and will reduce the lever travel with the longer shifter you'll likely use on a truck. The s10 has a s shaped shifter at the base, with a chrome tapered stick that screws to it. I welded a flat plate on the side of the s shaped base, then bolted my stick to that. The stick is electrical conduit, bent to go around the front of the bench seat, with the tapered section of s10 stick welded to the end to finish it. If you don't have a conduit bender, or want a different bend, here's what you do. Clamp the conduit in a vice, then bend the conduit SLIGHTLY. Just enough to set the bend. If you can heat it, just heat a narrow section to cherry red, perhaps 1/2". Don't bend too much at a time or you'll kink it. After each little bend, move the conduit out of the vice slightly and bend again. Have patience, grasshopper.
