You need to open a photobucket, or similar account, upload your picture there , then post a link here..

I like Imageshack because you have the option to upload without resizing / compression. The other sites re-size and compress so much that any scans or diagrams with text can be blurred to the point of being unreadable. All work well for regular photographs.
