I have been there before MIcah. I have hurt so mmuch between tendonitis and knees or my back that I have had to call out sick.

When I had called out last month because of my back they had to have other dispatchers come in for 2 days to cover the office.

Yeah my one coworker was out of town, my other coworker was off on her normal 2 days off. I was the opnly one scheduled for my shift those days. When I called out sick they had to scramble a little bit.

They called one person in from the midnight shift early and my one coworker who was off came in the next day.
