Not sure if all the wiring would be there if your wanting to run factory lights. Pretty sure you'd have to swap the light switch on the left side of the dash and need to check to see if the harness is there by the tranny cooler for the lights.

Yes, to activate factory fogs you pull the headlight switch out after turning it to running lights or low beams. The switch is a separate assembly in the dash cover that has to be replaced if you want full-factory integration.
You could always just bolt in a pair of factory fogs and wire a relay to a toggle in the cab, it would probably be cheaper/easier, just not factory-clean inside the cab.

You could do what I'm doing, use an upfitter type of switch for it. Since I drive an '04 (upfitters weren't available until '05 MY) I installed a F650 dash from RiffRaff and have one of the six switches set up for the fog lights. I'm not a fan of the factory fog light switch.
