Well, I would say more like 13-19 MPG.
Anyways your speedo will be off with 35's for sure.
This is how you recalibrate: note this can only be reprogrammed 6 times before needing a new PSOM.

If you don't recalibrate it, you will be going faster than what your speedometer reads. I'm not sure how you have to do it on a f150, but on my f250 there is a worm gear on the speedo cable that goes into the transfer case that gets changed out. Truthfully, you should probably think about at least going to 3.73 ratio gears...the tall gears that are currently in your truck is going to stress the motor out over a long period of time.
