yeah, that's a bit too small to live in.how's she planning on taking a shower lol.
i guess as long as she stays close to her parents place.she can "live" in it.
but she'll freeze to death or run up a nasty electric bill trying to keep it warm.its not even full 2x4 studded is it? without a 2x6 stud in Maine, your gunna be cold or using an awful lot of wood/oil to keep warm.i swear R19 walls isn't really enough at times.
she could mound the whole thing with hay bales though! that'd do the trick! even cover the roof,if it could support it.

Well, she's boarder-line from the "hippie" persuasion. One of those "low impact" people. It has a stand up shower in it. It essentially have everything you would find in an house. Just need to hook up power, water, and sewer and it's good to go.
As far as heating, I didn't catch exactly how it is insulated. I was on the road for 12 hours so I wasn't chit-chatting TOO much, lol!
She DID say that it wasn't an issue heating it. She said she runs the electric heater for 10 minutes and it;s good for an hour or 2. It is small/contained and does have actual house double pane windows/doors.
Really, it IS a house. Just tiny as hell, lol! I give her mad credit, she did the research, designed, built, and registered it all by herself. Just didn't have a big enough vehicle to tow it with. Hell, I'd hire her to fix about anything wood-wise (no pun intended) in my house. Like I said, I WISH I had her wood working skills!

It was pretty sweet.... completely made from scratch on a car hauler.
And it was made by a chick. Tiny little 5' blonde, lmao!
In all seriousness, she did an incredible job... I WISH I had those woodworking skills! Apparently she's actually planning to live in it. Be a hell of a camper.... but way to damn small for me!
