about 70% of res here are retired and/or use Prescott as a summer getaway

Prescott is real nice. My wife and I go up there a lot. We used to go to Flagstaff, which is nice, but the college town crowd gets old to me.
Sedona is nice, but the new age abomination gets old as well.
Lately, we have been traveling ot Prescott. Its a nice drive thru Mayer and Dewey.
