He still has a fever but you wouldn't know it by watching him. He is running around like a mad man.
So, I'm slightly embarrassed to admit this...I tried to start working on the bumper today and I got my rear kicked by none other than...
The first step... Removing the inner fender well cover. Now, this didn't seem like such a big deal until I tried to get to the last screw which was covered by the fender flare thing. So in trying to remove the simple push pin tree things that hold the fender on I COULDN'T GET THEM OFF!!!! The tops would just bend over on themselves so I couldn't get any grip on them and they would not pop out.
So now my question is... how the heck are those things supposed to come out??
Like I said....I'm embarrassed to even have to ask that question. Especially since that should be the easiest part of the install.

Is there a secret to them? I mean... I literally had to walk away from it and stop I was getting so frustrated. I cannot seem to get a single one of those things out!

I have always used a pair of needle nose pliers and alot of pulling on them and maybe a screwdriver.

Pliers.. I'll have to try that. I have a plastic clip puller thing but it wasn't doing me much good at all.
It's sad I know...but I really do want to get that bumper on and the first step is getting the old bumper off. Then it will be inviting some muscle over to help put the new bumper on.
