Well...............................
Truck sits great with the camper on there, almost perfectly level. Camper only drops the back ~2"
The camper, not so much.
There is about a 7" clearance between the bed rails and the camper. The hitch is also in it's highest setting. I found a level spot and measured the camper from the ground to the frame. 25 3/8" in the front and 19" in the back. 6 3/8" difference. So, to me, it looks like I can drop the hitch 1" (6" clearance @ bed rails) which will help a little but I don't think that will even get me close to level with the camper.
Looking like the lift will have to come out after all......

This is what I did Jim. It was my rear passenger side door. It would lock ok but not unlock anymore. Cut up a penny once we finally got it apart. Works great now but that little motor is a bugger to get apart and then get it to stay back together when done. Thanks Jim and Dave for your help on that.

We laughed about the material cost for this repair.
I had a great time everyone and I'll be back for more.

I don't think so Jay. Maybe a different weekend.
Got enough other crap to do today anyhow.
Mike, that sucks. An 1" at the pin can make a decent difference at the rear bumper though...
Jim, glad you came and had a good time. Since you didn't stay for food, you didn't need to bring either, but we did make use of it. So thanks for coming, and hope to see you more!!!
