Need Help!!

I replaced radiator last year due to coolant loss, it had a small hole in it, it was only leaking when put a lot of pressure to it. Anyways, I am losing coolant out of the overflow tank. It seems to push it into the tank, but not suck it back into the radiator. Only does this when I am pulling the fifth wheel hard. When running empty, no problems. The line from the radiator to the tank is good. I replaced the cap before realizing the radiator was bad, but bought a cheap one at Napa. I am thinking of going to Ford and replacing it again and see what happens. Any solutions? Thanks for your advice.

Dumb question: The tube from the radiator to the overflow tank extends into the tank down to the bottom, correct? If not, it will suck air instead of coolant...

Had the same problem when I eplaced the radiator. Used the new cap that came with radiator. When I put the old cap on it was fine.

Could be just a defective cap. It is probably just getting hot and the amount that is coming out during the long pulls should suck back once it cools down. Make sure the hose is sucking liquid not air as Phy suggested.
