Is there info here on the 5.8L engine: horspower, torque, fuel requirements (I was told Premium - 92 octane or better), towing capacity, oil capacity and type, etc etc etc... the orig. owner's manual I cant find (can find info on all work done on the Bronc, but the owner's manual has been filed in some secret place, apparently...)
check Autozone Repair Info for your information. I saw it on another post just today for emissions sticker info...there's a lot of other info there, all for FREE!!!
I've got an 88 with a 5.8L and I use the cheap gas. Just depends on your timing. It can be bad to use higher octane gas. Some manufacturers tell you "not" to use higher octane and some for other engines tell you "only" to use higher octane.
6 quarts of oil.... i think... i used valvoline max life for high mileage vehicles. half real/ half synthetic... i like it.
