So i was goofin off on youtube the way i usually do, and i stumbled across this video. anytime i see a title that claims an OBS has over 400 HP, I have to watch to see 1) if it's true, and 2) cause good God I love 400HP+ OBS trucks! lol check this guy out... 1994 powerstroke 415.77 horses - YouTube
So I guess I've been going about all my mods the wrong way... What I should have done was put some 6" stacks on it and get a ts 6 position chip and a 15" subwoofer. Apparently that's all you gotta do to get 415 HP outta these trucks! lol Oh, let's not forget the K&N cold air intake! It would probably only have about 360 HP without that! lol My favorite part though is, "pretty good, not alot, i mean, that's a Powerstroke for you." lol Bet he's one of those who thinks he's got power cause it "rolls coal"... Oh, some people's kids...
yeah, I felt like i was hammered watching it... I mean, don't get me wrong, i'm not an expert on these trucks by any means, but i don't claim to be either. I'm just as proud of my truck as the next guy, but I'm not gonna go around spoutin off numbers without knowing first hand (from a dyno) around the right number to claim. but i guess that's what happens when you don't do your research!
So did he pay his left thumb for appearing as an extra?.....
So he shot it in glorious "ninety-vision" so his drunk-@$$ friends could watch this while lying on the floor -- but how did he know which way (left or right)?
Think he's still pushing all that mad stickah powah through the original DM flywheel?
