is it possible?
so, i have a 71 f250 w/ the automatic 3 speed and in line 6, its 2wd (unfortunately) and its a step-side. Ive had the truck for a few years and have brought a little bit of life back into her. but the fact that shes not 4x4 is really not OK with me. now, my question is this, do the body bolts on a 80s bronco line up with the ones on my truck? if so, could i just swap my body onto a bronco 4x4 frame? i could easily spend the money on a lift, new motor, new trans and everything for the 71 frame, but, i feel like this will be a less expensive way to go. I love the body of my truck, but the internals and everything arn't my favorite, i need something with a little more clearance, and a little more *****. what do you guys think?
