Hi guys im hew here.
I have a 99 f350 and the last 2 days now my alarm is chirping, as it is just sitting in the driveway? I'm confused as to why this may be happening, it dosent go off (it did once) but it will chirp once? Im getting very confused as to the reason for this, any of you out there had this or a similar problem?
Thanks
there is never a truck or car going by when it does it, not even a hard wind to rock it. Normmally it is in the garage, but for the last few days it has been outside. It is not a timed thing it is just a random chrip, and then nothing for an hour or more sometimes less, its just down right STRANGE......
Guess it may be a trip to the shop for it. Maybe i should hook up the code reader and see what it says (if anything).
Heres another one for ya, should I unprogram the chip before I bring it to the shop? I have been running the new program for a bout 6 months now, so im not thinking that is it, but should i take the program out before going to the shop? (factory warrenty gone now).
nope not humid here, I live in the desert here in Arizona. Damm thing has been doing it all night long, starting to get anyoing.
I'm going to have to call the shop on it......
