Thermostat install ?

How many liters of coolant have to come out to get below the thermostat housing.Im finally getting around to replacing mine...

about 14 liters or 3.5 gallons will completely drain the radiator and get it plenty low.

Last time I did it I only drained 2 Gallons

Or once the Degass Bottle is empty I let it Drain a Minute or so more and that enough out

Wow that was easy,just got to put the elbow and intake back on and fill with coolant.Must drink beer first!
