Cant get my tires off!
Started on a front brake job on my '95 250 4x4, jacked it up, put it on stands, took off the lugnuts and cant get my tires off. Admittedly, I have waited too long to do the brakes/rotors but, WTF? I should still be able to get the tires off. I beat the heck out of the with a sledge, tried heating the rims around the studs, then beating, can't get 'em off. Any ideas...

Do you have steel or aluminum wheels? I usually soak the area around the hub and studs with PB Blaster and let it work for a few minutes. Then it's usually on to the soft face hammer (plastic) and I hit them from the back side. Hit, rotate, hit, rotate. Otherwise a large pry bar (AKA "man bar") placed between the rotor and the wheel can sometimes get them loose. You may need a helper to hit the wheel while you pry, or vice versa. Obviously, be certain the truck will not move while you are under it.
FWIW a few minutes with a die grinder make life easier in the future. When I had mine off the hubs and flanges on the wheels got cleaned, and everything (except the studs) was anti-seized.

Ran into the same problem over christmas brake. Warped rotors on a benz with almost 500k miles that'd be sitting for awhile too. Lugs out, axe handle against the inside of the rim, beat with hammer. Rotate wheel a little, repeat and keep going. Finally the wheel popped off. Brake cleaner and then a wire wheel will clean up the inside of it.
