need help value

i have a friend 80 yr old he has this 1946 thinking of selling
i don't know size of truck 3ton? maybe
stright body a littlerust @ step/fender
V8 flathead needs rings but runs ok
last on the road in 2010
rt door window cracked rest good but 65 yrs
lots of extras dump flat bed, whinch
any ball park value please
does not need paint!!!
a real barn find
roy just a ball park # ($2000 or more)

don't know if any one has seen pic on my album( this site) but it was running when parked in barn need some help tires are cracked light rust at fender
flathead V8 small dents from working one crack in glass rt side
