time sert kits, which one?

time sert kits, which one?
Well i have poured over threads and the timesert site and am confused on what kit i need. I email them, but am seeing if i can get a quick response here.
I have:
2001 expedition 5.4
Cylinder 3&4 have been repaired using the helicoils before i knew about timeserts. Well #3 went again. Do i need the standard kit pn#5553 or a big sert kit because they have been drilled out?
