fuel pressure
My brother bought a 90 f-150 with the 302 in it not long ago and is now have a problem with the fuel pressure. The mechanic says it has about 22 pounds of pressure which is enough to idle but isnt enough to drive. My question is what would cause this to happen? It has a new fuel pump and relay and computer. Is there any other things we should try? Thanks in advance.

I'd head for the fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail. You should be getting about 39# with the vacuum unhooked on the FPR and about 10# less with it hooked up and at idle.
