I have a 1996 Ford F150 it has the remote keyless entry but all of a sudden it quit working I replaced the Batteries but still nothing is there a reset button or something I don't know about to get it to work again?

Not sure about Ford but GM's you have to recode it after a battery change
Check your manual if you have one

you just need to hit disarm on the remote after you remove the negative but i lost the remote
