2011 5.0 programer

i have a 2011 f150 5.0 and looking to put a programer on it to increse fuel milage and fix speedometer for my bigger tires looking for some help which would be my best bet. Thanks.

I just put the Econo tune in my wifes 2011 KR and can't believe how much bigger the MPG numbers are. running over 18 at 72 mph. Will know more after some trips but can already tell a difference
