After 160 hours its. . .

It has been the longest 8 months without my truck. But finally after about 160 hours of work we have got my truck (below) driveable again. Lets see here, where should i start with what me and my dad did (i'm only 17) . The first thing we did was we put in a toploader 4 speed, its a little noisy but theres no damage innternaly and it was a direct bolt in for the 4sp overdrive that was in it. Then we did the rearend, we put in 3:1 gears and pumpkin (painted red)for highway driving and a little better milage, its has the 31 spline axles, the axles are out of a 75 f-100 so it has the better seals, and new wheel bearings. For the brakes we put in a new master cyclinder, calipers(painted red), rotors, brake pads, and brake lines. For the rear brakes we did new shoes and drums(painted black with a very light red mist). The Interior was upgraded with full electric buckets from a 93' Tauras, i had to make custome brackets out of 1"x2" steel tubing and 1/4" flat iron (e-mail me if you want to know more), we are installing the interior out of a F-150 lariat into it, and i cut out the center floor pan out of an automatic truck for use in my truck without the big hump in the center and i took a jump seat out of a supercab for a center seat with a consol undeneath so i have a fold up center seat (its pretty cool). And also we put in new box bolts) And thats what we have finished on my truck so far. We still have to replace the wood bed, build up the 351cleveland we have for it, and install the drop kit along with new shocks, and any other adjustments to correct front-end/rear-end geometry.

If you have any question or comments let me know. (if yuo want to e-mail me its mustange70(No Email Addresses In Posts!)) Oh sorry for the loonnngggg post, its just so nice to have my truck back.
