If it's a '92-96 truck/Bronco, it has a PSOM, and if you buy new, the dealer will probably insist on setting it to your current mileage. If not, you can hook it up to your stereo and use a tone generator (like GoldWave) to roll the miles up, but it takes a while.
If it's a mechanical odometer, you can pull the cross-shaft and roll the dials to wherever you want, but it's a pain to get it back together right, and sometimes the numbers will rub off if you touch the wheels too much.

its a 92 and thanks for all the info what i want to do is put in a lightning instrument cluster cause i have a standard tranny and my dosnt come with a tach plus the spedo goes to 120
