The bearing/hub assemblies are one piece and a replaced together. In 2005 there was a redesign of the hub assemblies which simplified the design. The 4x4 locking mechanism for the hubs are sold separately.

I replaced mine a few years back...paid over $800 for it from a jobber! Maybe I should have shopped around...these guys always have the best prices in town with my discount, they ordered it in and when I went to sign for it they almost had to use the paddles on me!

Just finished replacing the blower motor resistor...I had 2 speeds, off and high. Would have been an easy job had the engineers not positioned the bottom screw behind the receiver dryer. Had to pry it out of the way to get at the screw. I slit the hole out on the new resistor so I could get it in without dropping the screw down into the coil spring 11 times before I got it started. Things like that p**s me off, there's really no reason for it.

I need a thermostat. I can't get it hot enough. I am just trying to restrict flow. I wanted to get the "nostril's" too, but I can't find 4 more, of the million Zip Ties I have around here.
Hopefully, we get some nice weather in the next month or so, so I can get a new thermostat in it.

Looking good Adam. Don't just rely on that dash coolant temp gauge though.

Does the cardboard not get wet in there?
