I installed these funky little adapters at lunch, I will be zipping the excess bolt off the top.

Painted the rear shocks, I didn't care for the white since the accent will be silver I went with that.
I think the steering and radius arms will get the same color.

And I still need to get some better hardware, I will be going to get some bolts for the radius arms so I will probably get it all then.

Looks very good. I don't know so much about the shock color though, it looks too... "stock" IMHO but it still looks great nonetheless. What brand were thy again?

They are BDS from JBG, I think they will look good with the front shocks, radius arms and steering all the same color.

Course I might decide to have the steering and radius arms chrome powder coated, now that would be sick!!! hmmm

That would be pretty cool. Then you could do some ghost paint on it even from the Alsa Corp link i put in the sticky here. They have some awesome paints that you can put on chrome and it kind of ghosts it.

Well I was back at it today.
I think I got a lot done, but it doesn't look like much!
I got my radius arm brackets built. Drilling the 3/4" holes took forever!

By putting the brackets here i was able to use existing frame holes, I just had to open one up a bit.
The radius arms will end up being just over 50"!

I welded the 3/4" nuts to the ends of this 1.25" .25 wall tube, works AWESOME!

I measured the transfer case output, I should have about 3" clearance between it and the cross bar.

Just a little under 1/2 the length of the wheelbase.

Messing around today for a few after work, this will give you an idea of how long the radius arms will be.
This is my tie rod!

Dang, i figured you would use a drop bracket. Those things look cool, though how sturdy are they?

Hell, I am not using a drop bracket! haha

This was just to see about how long it was. The actual RAs will be made of 2" .25" wall tube. Very strong.

That looks great. I was about to ask why there was 2 bars connected to the radius arm bracket. The first picture makes it look like the bar on the floor is a second one.

It looks great so far, keep up the good work.
