I had to remove a large section of the steel tubing that feeds the rear heater box
in my E350 super duty van yesterday. Rotted out in spots. I spliced a 24" section of
heater hose to connect the remaining pipes. I'll fix that this Spring.
Question:
Very little coolant came out of these tubes when I cut them off. I would have expected
lots more to drain out. Is this normal?
