7.3 hissing
Thank you for your help i. My 2001 f350 has 90,000 and makes a hissing noise when at part throttle and goes away at full throttle. My ebpv is disconnected and I just installed bellowed up pipes . My waste gate ARM is welded. I'm wondering if it could be the problem? I've checked my boots and cleaned them . Any help would be great.

I am a little confused. Your EBPV rod is disconnected? Has the EBPV been gutted or do you have a non- EBPV housing?
You say your waste gate is welded, then you say it makes a blowoff noise?
Seems odd the way you describe it, sounds like the waste gate is still working, somewhat.

When I bought my truck the rod was welded . The power for the ebpv is is not hooked up . The rod is still hooked up . How do you load images I have one of the welded ARM ? Thank you
